Stereolithography (SLA)

The Technology House uses stereolithography (SLA) for your fast turnaround prototypes. SLA is created by curing cross-sections of liquid resin with a solid state laser. This allows for creation of complex 3D models of any shape and size delivered as fast as 1 day.

SLA Machines:

• (2) SLA 500 (20" x 20" x 11.5" capacity) with a solid state laser upgrade
• (1) SLA 5000 (20" x 20" x 11.5" capacity)
• (1) SLA 7000 (20" x 20" x 11.5" capacity)
• (1) Viper High Resolution (10" x 10" x 10.25" capacity)

SLA Materials:

• The Technology House uses 9 different materials including 7870 clear and the new Somos DMX which combines SLS strength with SLA precision

Finishing & Paint
Having in house finishing and paint allows for custom finishes to match your needs. With over 10 years experience, TTH can give you the look and feel of production parts in the time frame you need.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

• Created by DTM Corporation, SLS offers competitive patterns through the sintering of different powder materials with a laser. (Shown left is the Sinterstation® Pro SLS® System)

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

• Comparable to an inkjet printer
• This process builds parts by depositing ABS or polycarbonate plastic material layer by layer.
