RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanization) & RIM (Reaction Injection Molding)
Two of the processes used by The Technology House to provide Low Volume Production Services to our customers. The advantages to low volume production are great in some product cases where the quantity of parts needed for the year doesn't exceed around 4,000. While a RIM Molding Process would be more desirable for a quantity of that extent, there is still a large demand for the Urethane parts either because of material properties, prototype destructive testing, or just simply very low production quantities.
