Rapid Prototyping
The Technology House can deliver all forms of rapid prototyping per your request. The most widely used processes include:

Stereolithography (SLA)

• First and foremost among all processes, SLA is the most versatile system available.
• Uses a combination of Lasers and liquid resins to creat a part layer by layer.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

• Created by DTM Corporation, SLS offers competitive patterns through the sintering of different powder materials with a laser. (Shown left is one of the newer SLS machines, the Sinterstaion 2500+)

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

• Comparable to an inkjet printer
• This process builds parts by depositing ABS or polycarbonate plastic material layer by layer. (Visit www.stratasys.com for further details)
