Product design:
We develop products in 3D using either Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, or CATIA. Our extensive experience with these powerful CAD software packages and expertise in manufacturing methods including injection molding, rotomolding, extrusion, blow molding, spin casting, urethane casting, reaction injection molding, and machining will aid you in getting your product to market quickly and efficiently.

2D to 3D conversion:
We can convert 2D prints into 3D solid models utilizing either Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks or CATIA CAD software. Our team members are experts in surface modeling.

Design for Manufacturing:
Our design engineers are highly skilled in the design of parts for injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, and roto-molding.

Reverse Engineering:
We use the most economical method to recreate your part as a 3D Cad model. For simple geometry we use calipers to measure and input your part, for complex curves we utilize our CMM machine, and for complex sculpted shapes we can laser scan your part and input that data into one of our three CAD modeling softwares.

Pro Engineer, Solidworks and Catia:
We are equally skilled in these popular CAD software packages.

Plastic Part Design for Injection Molding, Rotational Molding and Blow Molding:
We provide a design review with every injection mold quote we send.

Cost Reduction Analysis:
Our design engineers can provide cost reduction ideas for your current products and parts through value analysis and value engineering.

Photo realistic Rendering:
We can display your solid CAD models so that they look like real photographs. Our designers are skilled with the following software: Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and Pro/Engineer photo rendering.

CAD Animation:
Our design engineers are skilled in animating your CAD models which can be a great marketing and communication tool for your product.

On-Line Design Collaboration:
We utilize a very convenient web based collaboration tool that allows you to see your design on our designer's workstation in real-time from any location connected to the internet.

Metal to Plastic Conversion:
Our design engineers are skilled and knowledgeable in plastic materials and design that can improve and reduce the cost of your product.

On-site Engineering:
If you need direct help on-site, then our experienced design engineers can work directly in your facility for as much time as needed. This allows you to work hand-in-hand with our experienced engineers to fully and effectively implement your product.
