Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

Comparable to an inkjet printer, this process builds parts by depositing ABS or polycarbonate plastic material layer by layer. FDM is one of the best prototyping methods for strong parts. Parts are ideal for fit and function. FDM parts have excellent thermal properties and are available in multiple colors. FDM part accuracy is +/- .010" first inch and .003" per inch afterwards.

You can receive parts that are suitable for prototyping to production all through a single machine. Compared to other manufacturing processes, parts made from our new FDM can eliminate tooling cost. Thus allowing you to bring concepts to life at a lower cost and more quickly.
