Polyjet

Polyjet patterns are ideal for fit and function models. Polyjet patterns are a good substitue for urethanes when one needs rubber-like parts as quickly as a couple business days. Parts are fabricated with superior surface quality and detail. Designs with contour surfaces can easily be fabricated with no stairstepping. Polyjet offers multiple colors and can easily be custom painted. Materials range from rigid to soft rubber-like materials.

Polyjet accuracy is +/- .005" for first 3 inches, +/- .0005" inch per inch afterwards.
