Metal Materials

If your product needs to be durable and heat-resistant, we have the metal CNC materials for the job, whether you need aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, or something else.

Find the Right CNC Materials for Your Product or Part

Your metal prototypes and products need to be created with precision. We've got you covered.

As a leading provider of product engineering, computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM), product development, rapid prototyping services and production, we specialize in working with our customers in many industries to design, develop, prototype, and produce custom mechanical components from plastic or metal materials. We have many options to make the metal parts required.

Metal CNC Parts

CNC Machining

CNC machined part

Our CNC milling and turning machines are rugged, high speed machines capable of machining titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel (austenitic nickel-chromium-based superalloys), casting materials, and plastics (i.e., nylon, polycarbonate, ABS, and acetal (Delrin®).

Metal 3D Printing

Also known as direct metal laser sintering (DMLS), 3D metal printing prints metal parts by sintering various metal and alloy particles together. Metal 3D printing is a great option for metal prototyping complex parts quickly, low volume production and production of complex components. Metal 3D materials range from aluminum, cobalt chrome, stainless steel, nickel alloy and titanium.

Metal Castings

Metal casting

Through our captive foundry, we offer aluminum, gray iron, ductile iron, and steel castings. Our plaster and sand-cast processes are great options for prototype and low volume production. Plaster or sand aluminum castings, made of A356-T6 alloy, provide roughly 80 percent of the properties of a production, die-cast A380 aluminum part.
