We are capable of machining parts made of a wide variety of metal materials, including titanium, stainless steel, and aluminum.

CNC Machining

Our CNC milling and turning machines are rugged, high-speed machines capable of machining titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel (austenitic nickel-chromium-based superalloys), casting materials, and plastics (i.e., nylon, polycarbonate, ABS, and acetal (Delrin®).

Metal Castings

Through our captive foundry, we offer aluminum, gray iron, ductile iron, and steel castings. Our plaster and sand-cast processes are great options for prototype and low-volume production. Plaster or sand aluminum castings, made of A356-T6 alloy, provide roughly 80% of the properties of a production, die-cast A380 aluminum part.

Excellent high-hardness, abrasion resistant and strong
Parts can be 3D printed, forged, machined, spark-eroded, welded, micro shot-peened, polished, and coated if desired
Well-suited for tooling applications, such as injection molding, die casting of light metal alloys, punching, extrusion, etc., as well as high-performance industrial and engineering parts (e.g., in aerospace and motor racing applications)
Part applications include functional prototypes, production parts, customized parts, spare parts, etc.
Ideal for parts that require precise, high strength and durable parts for construction, automotive, transportation, aerospace and industrial components.
Metal 3D Printing grades include: Maraging Steel (MS1)
Tooling grades include: P-20, S-7, H-13

Tough with high fatigue strength, abrasion resistant
Ductile
Parts can be forged, machined, spark-eroded, welded, micro shot-peened, polished, and coated if desired
Part applications include functional prototypes, production parts, customized parts, spare parts, etc.
Ideal for parts that require precise, high strength and durable parts for construction, automotive, transportation, aerospace and industrial components.
CNC Machine grades include: 4130, 4140, 4340 and more

Stainless steel alloy with good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, especially excellent ductility
Parts can be forged, machined, spark-eroded, welded, micro shot-peened, polished, and coated if desired
Part applications include functional prototypes, production parts, customized parts, spare parts, etc.
Ideal for parts that require precise, high corrosion resistance, sterilizability and durable parts for medical, home goods (culinary), automotive, aerospace and industrial components.
Metal 3D Printing grades include: 17-4 PH, 316L
CNC Machine grades include: 303, 304/304L, 316/316L, 17-4 PH, 416

Ti6AlV4 light alloy with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance combined with low specific weight and biocompatibility
Parts can be forged, machined, spark-eroded, welded, micro shot-peened, polished, and coated if desired
Direct manufacture of functional prototypes, production parts, customized parts, spare parts, etc.
Ideal for parts that require a combination of high mechanical properties and low specific weight, such as structural and engine components for aerospace and motor racing applications, as well as medical biomedical implants
Metal 3D Printing grades include: Ti-6Al-4V
CNC Machine grades include: Ti-6Al-4V, Ti-6Al-4VEli
