3D Metal Printing

3D Metal Printing (also known as Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) is a 3D printing/additive manufacturing  technology that produces metal prototype and production parts.  DMLS prints metal parts by sintering various metal and alloy particles together.

Why Use 3D Metal Printing?
The 3D Metal Printing process can create complex and intricate geometries in a short amount of time.  This 3D printing/additive manufacturing process produces parts with high accuracy and detail resolution, good surface quality, and excellent mechanical properties.

Because metal printed parts can often be made of the same metals as production components, including steel, aluminum, and titanium, these prototypes can be tested rigorously.
