The Technology HouseSea, Air and Space

Medical device manufacturing presents some of the most demanding production and prototyping challenges, which range from tight environmental controls to precision tolerances to regulatory compliance.  The choice of the right manufacturing and prototyping partner is critical to bringing your products to the market on time and producing them reliability and cost effectively.

Prototype to Production Capabilities
At The Technology House (TTH) and Sear Air Space Machining & Molding (SAS), we utilize a variety of 3D printing and additive manufacturing processes and materials that stand up to the requirements you need in designing and producing medical devices.  Processes like stereolithography (SLA), selective laser sintering (SLS), fused deposition modeling (FDM), and direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) are used to create highly complex and intricate parts in a short time frame.

Our in house capabilities are not limited to just prototyping, but we also have the capacity, equipment, and expertise to drive your production projects forward.  We operate EDM, 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining, and injection molding.  We will work with you to help design, develop and control the most efficient manufacturing process to fit your timetable and cost-of-production objectives.

Certified Quality and Standards
We understand that medical devices demand a specialized expertise as well as require stringent quality standards.  SAS is certified as operating a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of ISO 13485:2003.  We are committed to ensuring that all prototype and production parts we deliver meet your specific requirements.
