CNC Machining

Our CNC milling and turning machines are rugged, high-speed machines capable of machining titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel (austenitic nickel-chromium-based superalloys), casting materials, and plastics (i.e., nylon, polycarbonate, ABS, and acetal (Delrin®).

Metal Castings

Through our captive foundry, we offer aluminum, gray iron, ductile iron, and steel castings. Our plaster and sand-cast processes are great options for prototype and low-volume production. Plaster or sand aluminum castings, made of A356-T6 alloy, provide roughly 80% of the properties of a production, die-cast A380 aluminum part.
