Our Response to COVID-19

3D Printed Face ShieldsLike many of our friends in the 3D printing and additive manufacturing (AM) community, we jumped at the chance to support our family, friends, and neighbors by using the advantages of “rapid prototyping” to rapidly produce AM production parts and components in support of the coronavirus pandemic.

In 2020, The Technology House 3D printed over 600,000 parts in support of COVID-19 personal protective equipment (PPE) shortages. This includes:

  • 500,000+ nasal swabs for the Resolution Medical and Carbon Lattice Nasal Swab using Carbon Digital Light Synthesis (DLS) and the KeySplint Soft material
  • 75,000+ face shield frames using HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 5210 machines and Nylon PA 12 material
  • 25,000+ ventilator components using Carbon DLS RPU 70 material

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of those who have suffered during these unprecedented times. We promise to continue to support our friends, neighbors, and partners as we push forward through this pandemic and into 2021.
